    I am restoring a Farmall A and have obtained a weather shield I wish to put on. What colour should the shield be-Manifold silver or Farmall Red?

    Dzus Fasteners for early Farmall A

    I have an early 1940 Farmall A which uses the Dzus fasteners on the bonnet and the Radiator nose cone. There are 2 sizes available - 1 and 1/8 inch and 1 and 7/8 inch. Can anyone tell me where each of these are used. The couple that are left on my A are 1 and 7/8 inch. Thanks

    12 V Starter Motor

    I want to put a 12V Starter on my W4 which currently has a 6V starter. Will the 12V Starter used on the Farmall 140 be suitable. Is there any other IH 12V Starter that will replace my 6V on the W4 and look the same as my 6V starter Many Thanks

    I have restored a Case VA Serial No. 5164160 which is a 1947 model This model takes the Headlights on a Stem rod which I have obtained from USA supplier Can somebody tell me where and how these should be fitted on this tractor PLUS where do you fit the rear light Thanks Ron

    I am after a rear drive pully to fit a Farmall A.This pulley fits the shaft that also takes a belt pulley.The pulley I need drives the belt that in turn drives the underbelly mower.Can anyone advise where I could get this pulley Thanks Ron

    Changing to 12V system Farmall Super A

    I recently had an auto electrician modify my 6V generator with a cutout to 12V A Regulator was fitted but it is not charging.I have activated the system by cross connecting the but still doesn't charge. Can anyone advise? The light switch has the low charge/high charge switch from the old 6V system

    Can anybody tell me if my 1945 W4 (Serial No l3394) is a McCormick Deering or a McCormick Also, does anyone have ideas how to stop Gasoline leaking out of the fuel cap (breather hole) on the large fuel tank.I do not want to damage the paint Many Thanks Ron
