Carb from Gary
Just got my new carb from Gary and the 2N "lives" for the first time in years! Took it out of the box...bolted it on...hooked the fuel line up...turned the fuel on....turned the key on...choked it and pushed the starter button. Runs like a new one! 1944 2N Before pics and current pics
Its Rustoleum from a rattlecan. Sunburst Red. Two coats of Rustoleum Gray automotive primer and two coats of Sunburst Red. Was gonna clear coat it but thought that might be a little obsessive. Far from done but looking better. Its a 1944 2N. Before anyone says anything I just like the 8N color combination better than just dark gray. Its gonna be a working tractor anyhow.- ROXOBEL

That is some beautiful work. What do you coat the carbs with or is that just paint? What do you charge to go completely through a marvel carb? How do I go about getting up with you? Thanks.- ROXOBEL

Carb Problem?
Started my 1944 2N for the first time. Fuel running out the air intake side of the carb(don"t have a air cleaner yet). Figured float must be stuck. Took carb off removed float and valve. Cleaned and reassembled and put back on tractor. Tried to start it and now no fuel at all in carb. Thinking...- ROXOBEL

FORD 2N 6-LUG FRONT WHEELS
I have a 1944 2n. I am in the process of bringing it back to life. The front rims and tires are shot. I eventually would like to put a front bucket on this tractor. With that in mind would it be better to get 16 inch wheels with the wider tires for an 8n and change the hubs to match or should I...- ROXOBEL
