    Calcium Chloride or antifreeze???

Last year I purchased rear rims and tubes. Had the tires filled with Rim Guard (beet Juice). The tractor is a 1958 Ford Powermaster 13.6 x 28. The traction is much improved and now I will not have to worry about corrosion. The tire company said that was the best route to go. They highly...

871 center axle bushing and pin fit

I just removed my radius bolt on a 801. Yes, very hard to hold. I was successful by using vice grips and then used a electric impact on the nut. The nut just came right off. Tried many ways using socket wrench with no success. The electric impact worked great.

    50's Ford grey paint?

I use Martin Senour paint from NAPA. Single Stage Urethane Enamel. 55-2169159-A/3732 gray. I'm well pleased and sometimes I use a clear over the single stage urethane and that makes a high gloss. I also use a hardener in the single stage enamel.

I have used external_link paint many years ago and painted a 1958 Ford 801. Still looks great but it never sits outside. Well pleased with the paint. Also, buy parts from them and also took a tour of their business. At that time it was in Wilkerson, Indiana. They have moved a few miles now. I...

kind of off subject: tater beetles

I had a lot of problems with the potato bug and then the bugs started eating my tomatoes. I was about to give up and a local feed store told me about Captain Jack Deadbug. It really works great. Only have to spray once or twice in a growing season. Happy gardening. - Wayne Wiseman
