600 lift cylinder / cover vs NAA

600 lift cylinder / cover vs NAA
Hey all, I ve been searching and I haven t been able to find an answer.. does anyone know if the lift cover used on the 600 is the same as the one used on the NAA? I know the 600 has internal hydraulic lines and I read one comment that said the NAA had the same lift cover as the 8N, so maybe... -

NAA w/o lift?
Is there a good resource for parts interchange for the NAA and similar models? While I m scouting these parts it would be good to know if the pump from a 600 or top cover from an 8N would work, or if everything is specific to the NAA. I ve tried to search for that info but not found anything...- RWhite

I haven't pulled the cap/block-off where the pump goes but it certainly looks like the gear must be there for the proof meter to work Here's some pictures of it:- RWhite

This is going to sound dumb as heck but now that I know where to look, you're right. It's not there, nor are the steel hydraulic lines. I mean, I knew the lift wasn't there when I got it so it's not a major surprise but I didn't think to look for the pump. Anyway, there are plugged fittings in...- RWhite

Ahh, yeah, based on the block-off it certainly looks like it could be original. Now I'm curious what else might be missing; hopefully there are no crazy gotcha-s with putting a lift on it, but most likely I'll source a complete donor tractor (seems to be the most cost effective route) so I...- RWhite

Hey all! I picked up a '53 Jubilee NAA at auction recently that doesn't have a lift assembly - instead there is a block off cover that looks like it could be aftermarket. I'm in the process of sourcing a top cover and lift for it but I'm curious if they were ever sold this way or if there is...- RWhite
