    Years ago my friend sold off a MD that would only run on the gas side and the fellow that bought it replaced the fuel filters, then the diesel side ran fine. Jerry

    Farmall 300

    I had the same type of problem with my "H", and I found out the the choke was coming on going up a hill. The choke showed no signs of resistance so I installed a spring to keep it open.

    Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, I used every other terminal on the cap and plugged the unused terminals with R.T.V. Also note, I filed every other lobe off the reluctor. The timing curve is very close to the the "H" wants. I used a adjustable timing light and set the total timing at 1815...

    Here is my "H" electronic ignition. I used a Chrysler 360ci distributor and bought a Mr. Gasket curve kit for the advance, used the light springs. I machined the distributor to fit and used the gear from the original distributor. Serial Number List for FARMALL: Model Super H and HV
