    Yes, it looks like this was worked on before my time and the casting was broke so there is basically 4 bolts the hold the pin to the broken piece of casting ( showed in place Pic #1 and removed Pic #2 ). It is the the 'clevis' of the steering rod that goes around this pin that is broken.

    There are no leaks, I pulled the filter from the power steering pump and it had small pieces of stuff trapped in the filter. I cleaned it with brake cleaner and then blew it out with air gun. It is slightly better but it is still almost impossible to turn the steering wheel when they are on...
