    Oliver 60 Tire Size.

Unfortunately, you guys are right. If I could get the guy to come down a little more, I might be inclined to buy it for myself. The tractor is in very good condition. The grill, nose, hood and fenders are virtually dent and ding free. But, by the time you do tires, side panels, and a quality...

    Oliver 60 Tire Size.

Wow. Those are quite a bit more than I expected. Locally, I can get two tires, tubes, and labor for just over $700.00. Tubeless tires are a couple hundred bucks more. I was hoping there was room to buy this, refresh it, and make some money. But with needing tires and side curtains, I just...

    Oliver 60 Tire Size.

I'm looking at buying an Oliver 60 as a restoration project. The tractor is in overall great condition. However, it needs side panels and new rear tires. The tires on the tractor are 9x32. I'm having trouble finding that size. Is there an updated size that I'm not aware of?

Tell Me About The Model 60.

I'm going to go take a good look at the barn today. Nail down the estimate exactly, and see from there. I hope we can come to an acceptable agreement on prices. I should know this weekend if we can do business or not. I sure hope we can come to good terms.

Tell Me About The Model 60.

I certainly won't take the tractor without giving it a good looking over, and running and driving it. He said he moved it into the barn from his shop last fall. So it was running as of then. I did notice that there were no signs of any leaks under it. It's a very straight tractor. Even the seat...

We also hand dig the rat-wall, do the final excavating, sand compaction, and install steel mesh The floor gets a professional machine finish, and saw-cut control joints. I wish it was nothing more than just laying and finishing the concrete.

Tell Me About The Model 60.

All I will be out is my personal labor/profit. He's going to pay my laborers and finishers out of his pocket. As well as all materials at my cost. It's a decent size barn- 60'x72'. It's basically going to be a Saturday cash job. I've known the guy for a long time. I don't think he would be able...

Tell Me About The Model 60.

Hi all, I haven't been here in a while. I'm in the concrete business. I have a customer that has a 60 that he wants to do some bartering on his barn floor with. It's sitting in another barn. It looks good. Tires look decent. And the tin is not all beat up, either. Supposedly, it runs...

    86 series cab color???

I have seen several 86 series tractors with the cab roof painted red. I am guessing that they were repainted from white to red or did any 86 tractors come out factory with a red cab roof?

Allis Chalmers B Electric start conversion.

Thanks. I'm kind of set for larger tractors. I've got a Farmall A. I just really liked this B for the money. She ended up letting it go for $500.00!

Allis Chalmers B Electric start conversion.

It looks like I waited too long. I think she has it sold. Probably for the best. It is a very nice tractor. I just don"t care for a hand start. Thanks for all the info guys.

Allis Chalmers B Electric start conversion.

Thanks. I haven't bought it yet. Trying to figure out if the tractor's worth the trouble. I'm a Farmall and Deere man. But I've always liked the power the older AC's had.

Allis Chalmers B Electric start conversion.

I do not know about the bolt holes. The tractor has foot operated brakes. I wrote the serial number down when I went to look at it. Can't seem to locate it now. Which side of the engine would the generator mount?

Allis Chalmers B Electric start conversion.

I would imagine this has been asked a million times, but here goes. I have found a very nice AC model B. I does not have electric start. Or for that, not even an electrical lighting system. What all is involved to adding a starter. I see that the torque tubes are different. How hard to find and...
