    yes cranks over, a little slow because the engine clutch is frozen. Going to try to get that free if possible. Hoping to be able to remove the inspection cover and back the adjuster way back.

    ended up buying it. So far rear brakes ar free, gas has been cleaned and the carb is pulling gas but no spark. Have pulled the grounding wire and will be cleaning the points in the mag
