    You know your stuff!!...........it appears the vineyard and orchard "Gas" models use those shims,and same p/n you gave are for both,mine is diesel and appears not required?? don't know why these small shims on mine.will mate up and check if there is slight gap before I tighten...

    Morning Jim............found 2 of the shims left on the 5/8 studs,they were approx 1/6 thick washers....... tried google the p/n s you gave me with no listing or pics ??........there were no 1/4 flat bar shims when removed,will mate both up together and see if any clearance,just didn't want to...

    Hello.........can someone please tell me why book calls for shims when mounting front support to engine ? it appeared to have shim/s when I removed?? may have lost them? have manual and can't seem to find more info as per thickness etc....... are they major concern?? Thanks for any input

    Thanks Jim...............called dealer who is Agco dealer,said no longer available and checked his dealer network none..........can believe so rare...........couple more avenues to try if not will make one Thx Scotty

    That will be last resort,can't belive so hard to find as tractor was made in US and many units i see have cutout in hood and exhaust plate provided,aftermarket shows lots of options but not the right one Thx

    Thanks for your reply Jim..............I've contacted them and don't have it ?? my s/n#9a315181 and double checked....I need p/n#578074m1 (Diesel).............p/n# 578075m1 is for 4-cyl gas.......Ill try one other option next week or I'll fab one Thx
