    Actually about a tractor.

Are you sure it's an R model? Looks more like an 820/830. All the pictures I've found of Rs are all green, no yellow on the side of hood or dogleg. The 1 exception was one labeled as a diesel. Just wondering. Scott D Orbaker in NY

    621-62 tug help

akguy34, Welcome to the forum. I believe that tractor was originally a 6 volt, positive ground system. If it was upgraded to a 12 volt, may have change to a negative ground. As for that button, that is(was) the starter button. Of course that may have been change too. Good luck and enjoy. Scott

I'm calling it quits-a bit long

redtom, Congratulations on your retirement. I'm a little older than you but unfortunately not in a position to retire yet. Worked 4 1/2 years for my Dad in his liquor store then went to work as an armed security officer at a nuclear power plant for 37 years. Failed my Physical Fitness Test...

    Picture Of The Day

Guido, It is a mason style jar. I believe the anchor with an H may stand for Anchor-Hocking the actual manufacturer of the jar. Scott in NY

    8 point sockets

As J Hamilton's picture shows, a 12 point will fit on a square nut but it grips the corners not the flats. This increases the chances of rounding it off especially if you're working on something old and rusty.

    1959 641?

Saw this on the Rochester NY Craigslist. Seller says it's a 1959 641,however the "cyclops" emblem clearly says "Jubilee". Obviously been repainted a couple times and I know sheet metal could have been changed but I wanted some other opinions. I am somewhat familiar with the Hundred and "01"...

    Hi-lift repair kit

I have my late Grandfather's Handyman jack ( a forerunner to to the Hi Lift). He owned a feed mill and sold Handyman jacks. Somewhere I have a bag of repair parts for it (pins springs locking levers). Some years ago I sold 1 of the levers to someone on YT that needed it.

jcarroll Volts X Amps = Watts. At the values you list you would need a inverter rated for 1140 watts at a minimum. Scott
