Needing information on D17 series IV hubs & Spindles

Hello, I have a question about the D17 Series IV front spindles and hubs. We have an old beater we use to stack round bales of hay and it's hard on the front end. I need to replace a rim that I have welded multiple cracks a few times and a hub that some of the threads are gone and we have to...

Fuel line for D19 Diesel injection Pump

Hello...does anyone know where I can buy the fuel line/hose going from the secondary filter to the Roosamaster pump on a D-19 Diesel or is this something I will have to take to a shop to fabricate? BTW...I borrowed the pic from internet. not mine. Thanks

Yes...that's the carb I have. Never did like it! I'm going to look for Zenith rebuilder. Thanks!

1850 Gasser won't start or backfires through the carb when it does.

Well, I still have carb issues, but I found the main problem is my new electronic ignition was not getting steady signal to all cylinders. But what threw me was it was acting like that before I changed out the ignition. Anyway, It's starts and runs good on the top end, but still slobbers on...

1850 Gasser won't start or backfires through the carb when it does.

This year while cutting hay my 1850 Oliver Gasser would run and die. It would start right back up, but it gradually got worse. I figured carburetor as it has always had issues. It seemed to run rich and slobber but wide open, it ran fine. I put a new carb kit through it, but no change. Then it...

    656 Hydraulics-The saga continues

there was a little movement in the 3 point, but slow and sluggish (almost non-existant). I worked on bleeding air from the system, to no avail. I already thought about the relief valve and had it apart and back together this morning...nothing wrong there. ???

    656 Hydraulics-The saga continues

Well, I thought the same thing about something jamming the pump as to why it sheared. But I can spin the pump by hand OK and I doubt it is ice as it has been in the mid-50's the last few days and I see no traces of water in the system either.

    656 Hydraulics-NO Pressure -UPDATE

Well, I found the issue with the Hydraulics and why no pressure. I jacked the tractor up on one side (thank you for the tip Janicholson, and pulled the pump. Sure enough the key was sheared on the drive gear. Not sure why it did that since the pumps not locked up...??? So, hopefully I will get a...

    656 Hydraulics- No Pressure

Yes, that's the pressure relief valve I was talking about. I originally thought that was the problem and started there first by taking it apart. I had it mess up one other time and took it apart and fixed it. But this time it all looked good with no issues. That's when I started checking...

    656 Hydraulics- No Pressure

I was planning on draining the fluid tomorrow and checking the pump. Jacking up the tractor on one side to keep most of the fluid in sounds like a good idea. I think I will give that a try first instead of draining all the fluid. Thanks for the tip!

    656 Hydraulics- No Pressure

Well, I checked the shaft going to the pressure plate and it was spinning OK. So I wired the lever back on the loader to raise it and looked at the shaft and it is still spinning, but still no pressure....weird!
