    3200b international skid loader

Hello all, I had to send my hydro pump out to get rebuilt , the two pictures below show before and after shots. Problem is the belt pulley. I didn"t remove the pulley the shop did when they rebuilt it and when I got it back I had to install the pulley on the pump shaft, it seems pretty simple...

Not sure either , the specs say it has a lifting capacity of 500lbs and im getting a pair. im going to be clearing bushes and stuff on my land and maybe picking up one end of trees cut down and dragging them out of the woods. my wish would be to just add a hydraulic cylinder but I have no where...

Hello all, So im waiting for my hydraulic pump to get fixed I dropped it off at Baltimore Hydraulics last week, as I wait im still designing my grapple attachment and wondering if an 12 volt Actuator is the best option for pushing and pulling the grapple? I would add a hydraulic cylinder...

    Engine tins

Hi all, here my problem, while the engine in my skid loader was being rebuilt the shop used a CAT YELLOW paint on the block and so forth, I don"t know if it was hi temp or not. while the engine was being worked on I decided to paint the rest of the machine, I used a different yellow. when I got...

    Hydraulic Pump

Thank you, after going through as much as I have with this machine failure is not an option. No matter what I have to do I"m too far into it to stop now, but at the end of the day the education I have gotten with this project is second to none. I did decide to drop it off to Baltimore Hydraulics...

    Hydraulic Pump

Hi all, Still working out some bugs, I thought my pumps were ok they seemed to work good when I first finished the project . Well I went to the garage and saw a small puddle and started looking around at the hoses and they were all dry so I started the skid loader up and watched real close...

    Grapple bucket build

I DID FIND A LINEAR ACTUATOR THAT LOOKS PRETTY GOOD ABOUT 200.00 AND IT SAYS 1000LB PUSH 800LB LIFT ? THATS MORE THEN ENOUGH AND I CAN WIRE THAT RIGHT TO THE BATTERY AND RUN CONTROLS TO THE DRIVERS SEAT?

    Grapple bucket build

Hi All, I'm thinking about building a grapple attachment to help me clear some brush on my land, I wanted to go with an electric powered hydro cylinder to operate it. I saw this guy on you-tube made this and bought the cylinder somewhere he doesn't say, it came with a wiring harness a small...

    Battery/ charging question

and oh, I do have a manual with wiring diagram however, it does not cover a magneto set up it shows a coil, kind of strange but true that's why Bob had to make it real simple for me. Not to mention this is a hybrid machine not sure what the motor came out of most people think a hay bailer or...

    Battery/ charging question

Hello all, Thank god no timing or carb question this time LOL. This time its something different, a while back I needed a wiring diagram to get the loader running and mr Bob was nice enough to draw me up something and it worked like a charm. Now with the machine running great I was thinking of...

VH4D the verdict is in !!

That"s a bummer, yeah I had a few things I had to figure out on mine. The machine shop went out of business halfway thru the rebuild and fearing I would lose my engine I kinda paid the guy for what he did and finished up the rest my self, I found out what the shop did was very minimal and...

VH4D the verdict is in !!

Brent, actually what I think happend was , I had the engine flywheel per the manual with the fin marked X in the center , I was defiantly at TDC on the number one piston, but when I installed the mag I worried too much about seeing the X on the mag gear feather then when exactly the mag was...

VH4D the verdict is in !!

Well, I considered all the advice I got, at times it gets hard to pick which way to go. I decided to review some old post from el toro , bob, Ralph . El-toro kept asking about the timing and posting a picture of the flywheel and different marks. So I decided to really read what he was saying...

    VH4D update

Ok just did some research, checked my NEW plugs and they are very black and very dry , according to my research that also points in some cases to timing, can"t be a carb issue it"s brand new and when I turn the air fuel mixture screw in or out nothing changes . Pretty sure it"s the timing.
