    I was at Subic Bay PI 15 months after boot camp in 1953. Then Davisville RI for training for Antartica where wintered over before going to South Pole in Nov. 1956 . MCB 9, MCB 11, MCB special,RNMCB 14 until retired with 32 Yrs.

    I have 3pt hitch and can not figure it out.What holds the latch down( for drawbar etc.) Parts book indicate that all parts are there and nothing appears damaged. No one in our club has any experence as this was not a popular tractor dowm here. I have factory books and manuals--just shows little...

    240u 3pt ?

    Have a factory 3point hitch , all parts are there according to parts book. I cant figure what holds the drawbar in place. The flat spring is in place and the hinged part is there but does not securely hold(or lock) over the drawbar. No parts are missing or damaged. Please help me understand.

    240U whine in tranny

    Have a high pitch whine in 3-4 th gear, some in 2nd. Tractor bought from orignal owner with about 4000 hrs. and recipts indicate wheel bearings and seals etc. is all that was don to it. What would be a fair ball game labor price to repair it.Parts extra. Dont use it for anything but hay rides...

    I purchased an International 240U and can not find the number of Us built. I can find total number 240 but it does not break the U from total. Is it a low number tractor?

    M grill ???

    Friend bought an MD. The grill has what looks like about a 6X6 hole in the center bottom screened portion of the grill. Im sure it was factory because of finished design. Cant find anything in books showing it. The man who had the M also has an H with the same hole in grill.Any info appreciated.
