4440 steering metering valve leak
Mine already had the jic return line. I installed new column shaft bushings, thrust washers, thrust bearing, column seal and valve seal. I put grey oil resistant rtv on plate, column when I reassembled it. Installed it today and no leaks thus far. Thanks for the advice/ knowledge- Seaborn

4440 steering metering valve leak
Calling Tim S, Going through this 4440 column and valve: new thrust washers, bearing, bushing, and seals. Valve itself seems ok, leak appeared to be between the column and plate/valve. Upon removal & disassembly I think I found the cause a booger weld fix to a broken column pivot mount...- Seaborn
