JD 4430 front spindle cap screw just turns
Well it looks like the cap screw is broken about an 1 1/2 inches down into the spindle - I really don’t want to spend $250 on a spindle so I’m wondering if anyone would recommend drilling it out and re tapping or trying an easy-out ?- SGTJ

JD 4430 front spindle cap screw just turns
Noticed some play in the steering this morning on the 4430 - I know the tie rod ends are wore , but I saw that the steering arm above the spindle also had some play. I went to tighten the top cap screw on the spindle and it just spins. I’m assuming I need a new spindle ? but I’m also confused...- SGTJ

Help ID McCormick Grain Drill
My Father-in-law is giving me a grain drill - and i guess a few discs broke off while he was moving it - he cant find the data plate and i was wondering if anyone could help ID it so i can get a manual / order parts. Its a 10' drill. [/img]- SGTJ
