TN65 New Holland with no power

I have tracked down the problem with this tractor. The fuel line is made from hard plastic, and runs out of the bottom of the tank, up to a clip, and across to the hydraulic line, where it goes up and over the trans. From age, heat, fuel, etc the line must have softened and collapsed at the...

TN65 New Holland with no power

Working on a TN65 for a customer. The customer has complained that the tractor has no power in higher gears (7-8). Being a 3 cyl 2.9L non turbo engine, some of this is to be expected, but after test driving it, I can see some of his concern. If you lug the tractor in a higher gear, and shove...

MF 35 3 point lift arms leaking off

JD 4440 Quad Range clutch slipping

Finally got a chance to get back out to the field. Changed the hyd filter and checked the pressure. The clutch has 95 lbs @ idle and 145 lbs @ 2000 rpm. The clutch will not engage and you can shift through the gears without grinding. The tractor still has pto and remotes but the customer said...

JD 4440 Quad Range clutch slipping

Is the pump a job that can be done without splitting the trans, or is it a major job? Haven't had a chance to get back to the customer's field yet, hopefully get there this afternoon to check the pressures and drive shaft. Thanks for the input.
