    4010 hood nose repair

    Nobody I know of makes a nose piece only for NG hoods.It's a wonder though cuz it's usually the first thing to the accident..LOL, but a 4010 hood is made of heavier material than say a 4020 side console hood. seemed to get lighter as the newer the hood.

    This is the parts diagram for the remotes for 3020 late tractors. AR71188 is the plate behind the right hand remote. It has to be replaced with AR71189 which is the proper plate for the third remote. Finding one might be a trick though. Kinda scarce. JD parts

    Pre cleaner on 3020.

    We refinish/repair New Gen hoods in the winter time. Muffler holes and rad cap holes have rolled edges. Fuel and aircleaner stack holes are straight cut holes from the factory on all hoods.
