    My machine is a Case IH 1190 yes John Deere uses the same the hold downs are SH 173 wear plates are #7. I can read parts book. I was asking if anyone uses this set up prefers bottom guards SH 254 or SH 923. So if you do not use them no need to reply

    You can move the lever up and down OK the 3 point arms are in the full up position and will not come down even with engine shut off. There is a warning label faded but there that says do not move select lever with out pushing the raise lever all the way uo to the spring

    Thanks for the reply. Is there suppose to bring a spring to od the knife back untill the end of the twine cycle when it pushs it up to cut the twine. I have used an F baler a lot of years I do not remember a sprin being on there Thanks again

    I have been baling wuth a 605 F for several years, now all of a sudden the cut off knife will not swing away and the twine tube hits it and will not go down all the way. Any suggestions Thanks

    While mowing stop and back up then tractor will not shift back in forward gear it just sits there. Shut tractor off wait a while then it will go forward. What would cause this?

    have a small cut in plastic fuel tank, I can feel a small edge where some hit (do not know what it was) in a upward motion a small cut. Has any one every used heat to fix a hole in a plastic fuel tank
