Need to replace my headgasket, looking for instructions
I agree with Jim..ME Check with a handheld temperature gun, to verify the actual temp. At the top of the green, would normally indicate that it is still in the safe range. -

Used oil.
The company I drive for, has an oil burner furnace. They allow me to dump mine in their reservoir, They just ask that it be petroleum/synthetic only, no brake fluid, andtifreeze, etc.- SkipperII

ford 5000 clutch issue and PTO question
If you decide to lift the hydraulic top cover, remember there is a bolt hidden under the right side lift arm shaft. It's not a hard job, I think Destroked is correct on the oil soaked clutch. -

Got my rearend kicked yesterday
Went up to the farm yesterday to put ether start, on a Farmall 806, my buddy just picked up. He asked my to check out a leak on his Dad's 806, that he uses on a MOCO. Pulled the batteries, found the leak in the pressure line that goes to the steering motor at the top of the steering column...- SkipperII
