    850 Lift

    I have been givin a 850 ford that has been sitting for about 30 years. Rebuilt engine and got it running but the 3 point hitch will not go down. Talked to the man I got it from and he said that it wouldn't go down before he parked it 30 years ago. Any ideas of what is wrong and how to fix it...

    Broken Oil Line

    So I have been rebuilding a 850 Ford and I broke the rocker arm oil line. The line that plugs into top of oil pump and takes oil to the rocker arms. Just a metal tubing type line. Only place I can find the line is at New Holland dealer but the cost is $150.00+. Any ideas of where I can get...

    valve lash

    I"m trying to set the valve lash on my ta and I will go to one of the cylinders and turn engine until both valves are closed and set lash. Then will turn the engine to where one valve is open and one is closed and the one that is closed gives a completly different gap than what I just set it...

    Farmall Valve Lash

    I have a farmall smta with overbore high compression pistons, 450lp head and barry"s cam grind and roller rockers. I do not have a dyno or access to one, just wondering if anyone have simliar set up can tell me what I should set valve lash at?? Running 1600 max rpm"s. Thanks

    stroking and super m

    How far can I stroke a Super M crank and still use stock rods and not have to grind anything off of the block? Also can I run pistons without sleaves or how far can I bore and still use sleaves? Thanks

    OIL IN DISTRIBUTOR

    I am getting oil in the distributor of my super mta. I have changed seals in the hydraulic pump that the distributor is attached to but did not do any good. Any suggestions. The distributor is an after market 12 volt. Thanks

    450 CASE LOADER

    Looking at buying a 450 case crawler loader to clear a little land on my farm. Don"t know anything about them. Good loader for small jobs? Give much trouble? Said foot pedals don"t work looks like that is pretty important part? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Muffler or Straight pipe

    I have a Farmall Smta. Overbore kit roller rockers 450lp head etc. I have been told that if I put the muffler on it that it will lug better. Has anyone tried this and does it work. I thought getting exhaust out quickly was the point. Said something about back pressure? Thanks

    What type, weight, etc of Hydraulic fluid should I use im my Super Mta? Also what type for rearend as well? Thanks

    HEAD GASKET

    Need a head gasket for my SMTA. Any ideas on best place to get one cheaper than dealer that is good quality. Also water pump is continously leaking, can they be rebuilt? If not where should I get one? Thanks

    Head (bolt) studs

    I have a Super Mta that I am replacing the head (bolts) studs. I have removed half with no problems. I can"t get the studs on the manifold side to break loose. Afraid to get very rough with them, afraid they will break off in block. Any suggestions or ideas how to get them out? Thanks
