    It's been happening since I bought it but I focused on other issues first. There is a spring and a ball in there and the pin does move up and down. I have believed it's leaking because it's working correctly and relieving pressure, but maybe I should try replacing it once just in case?

    My PTO does not disengage when the clutch is depressed, I know that much. I had the tractor in gear with the clutch depressed while I was drilling so that I could rock the tractor a bit to try to change the angle and bust up the hard dirt I was working in

    When I bought it, the seller, who had owned it since new, just reduced the throttle to idle and moved the lever - no grinding. But there's no guarantee that he was doing it correctly.     Model number is CA213C. The plate is pretty faded and the camera on my phone is messed up so it's hard to see in the pic. The PTO lever is just below the seat on the left side.

    That looks right to me - thanks! By reseal, you mean rebuild it and replace all of the seals or do you have something in mind that's an easier fix? It works well as long as I keep it filled.
