JD 347 baler auger frame removal
43 years of dust and moisture holds things tight. We broke the collar free with bars, drift punch and penetrating fluid. Took some time but it came. Bearings all being replaced and getting hex shaft built up or replaced (one inside the auger). Pulley end was rounded off and auger wouldn’t turn.- Sondean

JD 347 baler auger frame removal
Bearings and wooden block and hex shaft worn. Trying to remove auger frame. Frame has a collar with retaining bolts. It won’t come out. Other than torch, any ideas how to remove frame / auger ? Pictures are wear on auger frame and end collar by end of auger frame by hay dogs. Collar not...- Sondean
