What model of mower do i have?

Oddly enough, your tractor already has the attaching parts for a #5 mower. They are the two thick, round stubs sticking out either side of the drawbar. You could probably find a #5 somewhere nearby that is set up to attach to them- perhaps from the Truman administration.

What model of mower do i have?

Well that's great, I guess. Eventually you'll have to assign some value to your time, but that's not my call. All I can respond to is what I see in the photos you posted and imagine a similar condition in the other tools you listed. Your mention of the New Idea mower reminded me of a similar-...

What model of mower do i have?

Wow. No one- certainly no one on this site- will say you must have brand new equipment to go into the hay business. The trick is a balance between affordable and efficient. You are absolutely on the low end of both. I hope you find success, but man, you're gonna work for it.

What model of mower do i have?

Your user name is apt, as you're going to need such skills to keep that relic going- it's at least 90 years old! Not a later model, a very early one- somewhere 1934-36ish. You mentioned you are starting a hay business, but one of your first purchases after you get a bit established should be a...

    Wagon running gear.

The springs were from a time long ago when what took grain to town and feed back home was a car pulling a wagon. Worked fine at (relatively) high speeds on bumpy roads with an even load. Not so good if items are added one by one like a hayrack or what I imagine will happen at the nursery. They...

Best Vintage'ish Tractor for Small Ranch, $10k Budget

Big difference between "moving dirt" and digging dirt. About the only one in your photos that might do some digging is the first one. Scattering a loose pile- about any of them could do that. IMHO, all the 5000 series JDs will be too light weight for any really heavy work- they could replace...

You do that before or after Thanksgiving? ;)

Your chance to make some hay like no one else.

I remember that advertised in magazines. Cheap way to put up grass hay- better than a buck rake, I suppose. There was also the Hawk Built baler that just rolled the hay along the ground. Can't imagine why that didn't catch on...

    JOHN DEERE KILEFER IDENTIFICATION

I never dealt with any Killefer stuff, and I don't know what you mean by "ML-03", but you can search the word 'Killefer' here. ID photos should help you identify the Deere name and then you should be able to find an on-line manual.
