Agree with adjust the carburetor float and check the needle valve seat. Did some of the later two cylinder John Deere tractors have automatic fuel shut off valves that opened by engine oil pressure? Now-a-days a solenoid wired into the ignition circuit can do the same thing. A manual...- ss55

Anyone re-skin a 1950's shop?

I also has 2 PTO's .. One out of the side of motor/tranny and one under the seat.. - The side PTO is for a flat belt pulley, like was used to power threshing machines and feed grinders. the transmission has 2 Neutral s one for high gears and one neutral for granny gears so there are like 7...- ss55

The exchange rate is now what, around 1.4 Dollars Canadian to one US dollar? If it has not run in 5 to 10 years does the engine still turn over or is the engine now stuck tight?
