    JD M Case Terratrack

Sorry, for the delay. Had to find out where it was. Anyway it's at (I'm Assuming)the owner of Economy Sales house. Economy Sales is located at 19715 US Highway 80 Wills Point, TX. 76168. I don't know anymore about the machine except what I posted originally. James

    955 k part 2 with pictures

From what I've seen around here,if it runs and has no major problems and the U/C is in good shape or better it would probably bring 8-10k here in texas. Seems like Tennessee is a good place to find some inexpensive equipment. James

I ended up getting the International 125E. It's a '79. So, any thoughts on the manuals I should get? Thanks, James

    JD M Case Terratrack

On the way to my property I ran across these for sale. The JD M was supposedly used not to long ago. But, needed a new battery. I took a few pictures of it if someone is interested. I thought the price was high. 4K. But, I'm not too knowledgeable on dozers let alone antique ones. He also had a...

Here are some before and after photos. The first is the oak tree. The others are the burn pile areas. There wasn't a before and after of the other burn pile. So, I showed it "After" from two different views. Well one got uploaded twice and I could figure out how to delete it. Sorry. Again...

Sorry everyone for the delay. Like I said there wasn't any secrecy. Anyway, I was looking at 4 machines. After considering everything everyone said to check and look for, I decided on the International 125e. It's a '79. It had the second best undercarriage of the four. The best had a new...

No secrecy. I just don't know which machine I'm getting till tomorrow. But, I figured that no matter what machine someone bought they'd want certain manuals for it. So, why would it make a differance on which machine? I'm a newb. So, I'm just asking. I'd think that no matter what machine...

I didn't specifically mention it till I make sure I'm going to get it. But, no mater what machine you get I figured you'd get the same manual for whatever you bought. Or, that's my way of thinking. Thanks for the replies. James P.S. I should find out tomorrow if I'm getting it.

I'm in the process of trying to accquire a used machine. The owner says he doesn't have the manuals. Not sure if he's the original owner. Anyway, I was wondering what manuals you would recomend getting. I'm not sure what came with it originally. If anything, other than an operators manual. I've...

    Is it worth a look?

Thanks for the replies. It came up and was cheap for around here anyway. So, I thought I'd ask. The other one I looked at the U/C seemed all right. But, the blade attach points were pretty worn out and one of the push arms? was cracked and welded. Not very good as it was cracking again and it...

    Is it worth a look?

I came across a D4D. Not sure of the year. But ,the price is about as cheap as I've seen on a working dozer. Assuming it all works except for the two items noted. #1 Starter Needs Rebuilt. #2 Steering clutch needs work. Plus it has a winch. Is this too much work for an older dozer? or, would...

    Need Some info please

Thanks for the replies. Everything seemed to work fine. Thanks for the year model. I want to see if he has the operators & parts manuals. Around here your probably not going to find one for less than about $10K. That's in good shape. The dozers I've been looking at are about $15-20K and need...

    D6 9U question

Wish I could find something like that around here. In my area, it would cost twice that. I've recently seen a D4D for $12K that needs a new UC. I saw a Case 850d for $21K that the U/C was rated at 25%. I also saw a D6c for $18K that had a 40% U/C. It's extremely hard to find a good working...
