    I took my wife into the dermatologist a few years ago to have liquid nitrogen sprayed on her nose for some bad looking cells.     Those are a good tractor and the rear wheels are correct (well almost) for that tractor. Rust is not your friend, new rims perhaps?

    If you are speaking about an ignition wire on a gas engine, yes you will get a shock but then its 10,000 to 30,000 volts DC, not 12.     Unpossible. 12vdc wont do a thing. And no such thing as 'line' in DC system only positive and negative.

    I dont know how a 12vdc can shock a person, it is simply not possible, cant even feel it. Seems a lot of hype and fear in that video.
