    I'm ready to reinstall the steering cyliner but do not have the spec for "nut 24" which is the adjustment for spool travel - I believe I had it to tight originally.

    It's actually a single cylinder located between the to wheels on a heavy duty front axle. It has two hydraulic lines that enter a valve housing side by side, I used a valve seal kit to rebuild the spool that sets inside this housing where I experienced an earlier leak.
