    Not to scare you away from that tractor but if it has power steering double check that steering box for any leaks or looseness. Hopefully that tractor hasn't had a loader on it. just my .02

    Salford vs gp turbo till

    New Holland PTO turning all the time

    We have a tc40 that did the same thing. On the pto clutch their is a spacer with a tab that holds the clutch in place when turning on and off.that tab may have broken off.You would have a constant pto with that broke off.Check your pressure right below your seat first.Easy to get at that.
