    ford 5000

Not sure just repeating what i was told... Maybe pto if ford has them, I know the seal was replaced. Seems to run and drive fine as far as i can tell. Its in my price range and compared to my farmall sm its a whole new world. Think I'm going to go for it.

    ford 5000

I don't know much about them. What questions should i be asking about it. Is there any issues that are known to go wrong with these tractors. Example known for throwing rods, but fixed the problem after 1970 or something like that.

    1850 for roundbaling

Thanks for all the feedback guys, but the deal fell through. Looking at a ford 5000 diesel now. Any input? Things I should look for, will it handle a roundbaler heard the brakes aren't the best on those fords and the weight pushes them around. Thanks agiain

farmall super m 12 volt conversion

Ok thanks guys. I think I'll just put the resister block in and leave the points and the condenser in it for now. I also have another question. Will the engine from a m bolt up to the bell housing on a 300 and are the clutch and fly wheel the same if so.

farmall super m 12 volt conversion

Hope someone can help me out... I'm installing a12 volt conversion kit on my 52 super m. The question i have is if also put a 12 electronic ignition in it would that eliminate the need for the resistor block. Anything else I need to change over to 12 volt besides the light bulbs to have a...

    Davis roller mill

He said he took the motor to run a silo blower, but didn't say anything about the specs. I looked at couple other brands that were complete, but they were all 3phase. I only have 240v single phase available. Thats why i was hoping i could run this off a tractor. It has the 6 spline shaft for...

    Davis roller mill

Does anyone have info on a davis brand roller mill. I can buy it for $250 but it doesn't come with a power source. The gentleman that selling it says it can run with a pto or electric motor. Any idea how much pto hp or the size of electric motor needed and any idea of the output.

    super c frontloader

There's a ferguson to30 for sale that i would consider buying. It has a deerborn loader on it that someone converted to a quick disconnect. The other tractor i would consider is a b414 it doesn't have a loader on it, but it's in my price range I'm willing fo spend. Would one of those work for...

    super c frontloader

I was thinking of coverting a loader from an 8n. I would be making my own mounts. 2''x4'' square tubing for the bottom part of the frame, under the rear axle and over the front axle mounted permantly. I was hoping it would transfer most of the weight to axles that way and not bell housing bolts...
