    Has anyone put welds on the snapping rolls on a new idea corn picker and do you have pictures.

    It's not a precision operation. I've seen it done on other brands of pickers. What you want is not nice smooth clean beads but more sharp spotty bumps.

    Many of us grew up running farm tractors without power steering. When it came time to move snow or manure, some sort of loader would be mounted to that tractor. We also ran four-row front-mounted cultivators on those tractors. We are paying for it now.
