    I have 3 of the same high eff furnaces so I know them very well. I have had similar issues over the years.     Garage door opener question.

    take out the circuit board examine the back side carefully with a Mag glass. You may find a bad solder joint. These openers see lots of vibration and the high volume solder machines do not always do a great job. Check the relay solder joints. I have fixed my door openers and furnaces with this...
