    I have a 995 that the lift arms will raise but they will not go back down. I checked the spool valves next top the seat under the cover and they are free and not stuck. My next step is to pull the 3point off to disassemle the main valve. What next any suggestions

    Does any one know of where to get parts for the PTO hydraulic pump. CaseIH just wants to sell remans at a price of 2300.00. It is just a simple geroator pump inside, if I can find parts I would be greatly appreciated.

    If you can upgrade to a more blade fan to move more air. Also double check the timing and valve settings for that could cause a problem. Also how fast does it overheat, right away when you are working it or is it gradual slow overheat. And how fast is the water flowing through the radiator too...

    No. 3 misssing

    Switch holes with the sparkplug on #3 for it could be bad even new. If that does not work switch the wire with another one for it could be the wire. For with the compression you have it should fire.

    case 970

    Sounds like you may have a bad oring on the suction side of the pump or a bad pump. To check you just have to pull the pump and the oring and seals are right there and you can disassemble the pump if need be to check for wear, it is a simple gear pump.

    Oliver 70 timing cover question

    I believe that is an oil director for the idler so that it gets lubed. It runs on splash oil located under the cover.
