Leyland rear swap?

Leyland rear swap?
I have a 245 Leyland that has some problems in the rear. The lift hickups, and the gears lock ever so often ( have to remove the shifters and reposition the shift fork.). Is there a good rear that would be an easy swap? The engine runs fine, adding a loader would be nice but has been a great...- Swift
