    CAT 12F Grader looking at purchasing one

    Besides the usual mechanical items check and see how loose is the circle and blade linkages/connections. Being from the 60's they will probably be pretty sloppy unless they have been rebuilt.

    I would go with ready mix if available. Assuming the pier are 18" diameter you have almost 5 cy of concrete. That's a lot of bags to mix.
