    Doning the brakes is quit a job. Make sure he puts in sure seals if the brake shoes are gettin oiled. My dad likes the little fords better than the farmalls too.

    2N Wheel Change

    I have loop rims on my 2n with loaded ag tires and have had them on and off by my self several times. Get 1 bolt and nut on loose then spin the tire and center to line the rest up 1 at a time.

    9n brakes

    Remove the 6 nuts from the backing plate, adjust shoes all the way in, pull drum off. The axle will come out with the drum. detailed in FO-4 manual.

    I have a 2008 Cub GT 2542 with the kolher. (not a box store cub) 250hrs on it. I push snow, plow gardens, and mow 2 acres weekly with no trouble so far. Also have a 1964 Cub 104 kolher, never had any engine work and runs like new. My father had a Craftsman garden tractor with the big Briggs...

    Did ford make an orchard model 9n?

    My wife and I grew up in apple country. Her family are apple farmers. Lots of n tractors used years ago but nether of us remember anyone using orchard models. I ask a few guys why they didnt use them and they said there was no need zpending the extra money for the kit.

    If I done it right you should be able to see the Zane Thang on my tractor. The 2 ball is not part of zanes thang I put it on there so people would quit askinf 9n or 2n.
