    What kind of grass is this?

    Looks like Vernal Grass . Very fine grass blades and not must height very early seed head, not too much yield. Seed head is about 1 1/2-2 1/2 inches long, about 14 to 20 inch high. Turns brown right after going to seed. look it up for better picture.
