    My road is narrow from little traffic. I have many days when no one drives by except mailman spring and fall is busy time. There is about 4 feet of grass on each side to drive on if you meet another vehicle.

    Fill cylinders with ATF or Marvel and let it sit for a while. Makes a mess but spin it over with plugs out then proceed to get it running to get it hot. then check compression again. Check oil before running and change oil after you run it.

    If you are extremely lucky you can get it running and place your hand over the throat of the carb and suck the debris out. Might work 1 out of 10 times.

    If it starts and dies why would you flood with the mix. It is a carb issue. Clean the carb.

    Yep wrong shaft my Land Pride finish mower has a splined in both ends. No slip clutch.
