    How's your harvest progression?

    Hey in-too- deep where are you abouts? Here in N. IL (around garden prairie, marengo) beans are mostly out except for second plantings, and some of them have a long way to go. Corn is comign but been slow lately due to the weather.

    What i could never figure out is why they allow 18k on a single axle (like say on a front) 2 tires, and allow 34k oon a tandem (8 tires). Talk about stress on a road etc. I realize they want the weight spread out disntance wise but I never understood why they would allow 18k on 2 tires and 34k...

    You are are lucky, you guys got some more rain out that ay then we got in Garden Prairie. We are hurting bad very very very very bad. Beans look so sick, I really honeslty doubt theyll make30 bushel. Some fields got sudden death in them patches of bare dirt, really sad.

    depends on the previous use and maintainance. Neither companys have good automatics, but id take a ford auto over dodge. Cummins motor is a great motor though
