    Mist Green 880

    j. I understand what you are saying. The tractor is not for sale. I bought it from a good friend for a grand not knowing at the time that it was a mist green. I knew it did't look right that's why I posted on the forum a few days ago. I feel like I have shorted my friend. I'm trying to find...

    Mist Green 880

I don't know if they are worth that much more than a regular 880 ,but according to the last issue of the Hart/Parr Oliver Collector , one restored sold for $12000 dollars. That made me curious. I have never seen a normal painted 880 bring that much.

    Mist Green 880

I posted a message a few days ago trying to determine if I had a Mist Green 880. I believe it was rrlund that confirmed that it was. It was also confirmed by the Oliver Museum. Now my question is what is it worth. It runs, the sheet metal is all there and fairly straight, needs tires and...

    No Sn. Olver

It is not a super, a super has flat areas above the pipe holes on each side of the frame and a flat area on the front. All of the flat areas have threaded holes. This change was made to the supers to allow the mounting of the new style cultivator. I would say that your tractor was a late...

    No Sn. Olver

If you are wanting to know what it is, It looks like A 1949 to1953 model 77. The grill does't look wide enough and the rear tires don't look wide enough to be a 88 . The engine looks like a 6 cylinder, if it is a 4 cylinder. then it would be a 66. I'am not sure but I think that they started...

    880 propane

I'am sure the best way to know for sure is to take the first gentleman's advice. I have several LP 770 and 880's. They are all factory. In Texas we thought the diesel was rare. Here in our part of the country, when you find a 770 or 880 , 9 times out of 10 it will be Lp (Factory LP ).

    Mist green 880

I have just purchased a 880 LP that looks different from my other Oliver tractors. The serial # is73701872. According to the ser. # it was built in early 1959. I understand that the mist green tractors were built in January of 1959. I have one or two other 880's that were built in 1959, even...

4020 LP repower with 7700 combine diesel

I know this has been done before, but I"m running into problems trying to find a crankshaft pulley that will line with the fan pulley and still leave room for the pump coupling. That"s my second hurdle. I solved the first (the flywheel). The third is going to be keeping the fan out of the...
