    I agree until I can get back to the tractor, and get all the right information, plus do some other things there is no way to diagonose the problem. Thanks to all for the back and forth discussion. I will let you know how things are going when I have done some of these things.

    I guess the only question I have is how likely it it that the pressure relief valve has failed. I have never was one up close and personal but what I have was for sale online for a Ford NAA looks to be nothing more than a piece of steel with several holes drilled in it.

    I did have it in draft control. The tractor is on my hunting land so I don't have access to it at the moment but I was thinking it was the seal on the piston that may have broke or could it be the pressure relief valve?
