3 point issue
Greetings All, My 1955 860 will not lift the 3 point in the cold. If I put it in the heated shop it works fine. I drained a bit of fluid from the housing to confirm I don't have moisture in it. The oil is clean and clear. Would I benifit from putting a heat tape on the housing to warm the fluid... -

Standard vs Heavy duty front axle
Continuing the resurrection of my 860 I need to replace the center axle section. I am trying to determine if it is a standard axle or heavy duty. The parts manual references both. another steering question
SLLLOOOOOWly resurrecting a 1955 860. I have it to the point I can start and move it under power.It came equipped with a loader and power steering. The original steering pump was bad so I adapted a more modern auto pump in its place. The steering is still very stiff even with the loader removed... -
