    my son pulled the draft lever to the top and lift won't go down now what can be wrong

    just put new hydraulic pump in but when you tilt bucket it acts like it starving for oil [full of oil] any ideas put new relief valve in no change. Every thing else works good

    you can replace seal with out pulling cover
