    Good questions and thanks for the welcome! Ok. 1. I poured diluted antifreeze mixture into the radiator Dec. 2022 but could not start the engine at that time. Had to leave the state for work so didnt have a chance to do anymore. I'm thinking the antifreeze solution didn't perculate into the...

    The engine does not turn over with the crank. I wouldn't dare use the starter motor. The engine is locked solid. I looked into the two cylinders thru the spark plug holes with a flashlight and saw much rust on the cylinder walls.

    Muffler was covered. Done nothing on the engine yet. Just crying! Pulling the head will be an ordeal. Studs located outside the valve cover really rusted. Engine ran great before storing outside, summer of 2022. Trailered it from San Diego, CA to Rockford, Illinois, July 2022 to its new home...

    Farmall 1948 model A found cylinders no. 2 and 3 full of water. Tractor had been sitting for 2 years outside. Not sure antifreeze throughout block. What happened? Muffler was covered. Located in Rockford, Illinois.
