    801 hydraulic line problem

So I brazed the split in the big line and used the soapy water to confirm that there were no leaks. Then I blew air into the smaller pressure line and air was coming out of the transmission housing. I thought that can't be good. I split the tractor at the differential/tranny and noticed that...

    801 hydraulic line problem

Discovered that the larger (return?) hydraulic line in the clutch housing is split presumably from water freezing in the line. Can you find this line? Can you get them out? Can you put a smaller line inside this one? Can it be brazed in place? The split is about at 4:00 o'clock - about a foot in...

    801 headlight bulbs - 6V vs 12V

I have several unattached headlight from 801 era tractors and some of the bulbs are not stamped 6V or 12V. Is there a way to tell what the are without burning out the bulb? - ie hooking up a 6V bulb to a 12 V system.

    9N Hydraulic lift piston rings

What is the thickness of new 9N hydraulic cylinder piston rings? I miked the old ones at between .112 and .123 depending on the ring and position on the ring. I'm getting some leak down. New rings or just get a new piston with backup washer and o-ring?

    Ford 9N 9-32 inch rims

They are not rusty as far as I know. The tires are still on them so I suppose they could be rusty but they sure don"t appear to be. Located in Kansas.

    Ford 9N 9-32 inch rims

What are 9N Ford 9-32 hat rims worth? Near mint considering the age.
