Whats the problem
First time to visit this forum. When I move the throttle, the one arm moves but there is no increase in rpm. The other arm does not move. When I disconnect the rod to the carburetor and manually operate the throttle plate, I can rev the engine. What is the problem and how do I fix it? I, as...- Tom Egger-Seguin, TX
