    Deep Well Value

I don't think how deep or how shallow your well is, but how much water it produces. Quality of water, and static level is also important. Our well is 600 ft. deep and after hydro fracturing it, it only produces 1 gallon per minute. Several neighbors are around 900ft deep, and only get 6...

chevy colorado pick up any good

I have a 2016 Colorado 4x4 and it does everything I need it to do. It has the v6 and around town I get 19 mpg and on the hwy it gets around 24 mpg. No problems so far and it has almost 50k. The only thing I do not like, it has no 4x4 indicator on the instrument cluster. It has a very, very small...

We also have a 800ft driveway, and steep too. I put a old ceder chest about 150 foot up from the county road, and behind some trees that the UPS and FEDEX guys use all the time in snowy weather. Ford 1620 front differential leak

I have a 94 1620 and it leaks from the power steering hydraulic cylinder, I just keep on adding the 134 oil. Cheaper than a rebuild Is your oil reddish in color? Check your manual for where and how much to add.

    Home fire fighting

Jim, If your handy you can build your own and save a lot of money. This is what I have done, I put a davey pump on a 2 wheel dolly and have 200 foot of hose with a nozzle and several fittings. You need to do several things to make it effective. Fire mitigation is the best, it is on going and...

    Way OT:planning trip

rrman, If you start in New Mexico go through Santa Fe, then north to Taos, lots of south west art to see. In Colorado, Durango has the Durango Silverton Railroad. In Canyon City you can see the Royal Gorge bridge. Just north of that is Colorado Springs, and you can drive to the top of Pikes...

    Late Blizzard

We got 10" of snow yesterday and the power was blinking off and on all day. Today most of it melted just a few spots on the north slopes. Our trees are just starting to bud out, so we lost none. However I've seen it snow here as late as June 5th, so another month of snow yet to come. Tom
