    Mineral spirits. Not as oily as kerosene or diesel and much less flammable than gasoline.

    Just recently installed new gears in a 9. Gears were made in Turkey look good but didn't fit worth a crap had to do a lot of shimming and grinding to make them work

    Will need to disassemble the gearbox and add shims between pinion and lower bearing to get the gear to drop down lower. My guess is your gears are pretty bad shape and good luck

    What I am referring to in the picture is the rib around the lower edge of the head. There is no Ford part number cast in the top of the head the only Mark visible at all is a raised B. I am aware that I do not have the correct sediment bowl but I have not been able to find one and from people...

    Just finishing up restoration on number 177. Diameter of bezel .730, diametet of lens .550,height .235. Lense is plastic. I cut a new lense out of an old motorcycle taillight and glued in place.
