    Allis Chalmers WD45 Diesel to a 262

    I just purchased an Allis Chalmers WD45 diesel with seized motor, no cracks in motor, what would the motor be worth? Does anyone have a hood for WD45 diesel? Thanks, Tom

    thank you for the info i only have the motor right now just missed a diesel with a blown motor but if i understand this 262 motor will bolt up to a wd45 gas bell housing only issue is with the front end

    I would like to put a allis 262 motor (the 262 is currently in a gleaner combine) into a wd45, I would like to know if i have to change the rails and will it bolt up to the 45 bell housing? I want to make a pulling tractor. THANKS TOM
