Mr. T. Minnesota, Thank you for the feedback. The undercarriage on the H-3 is pretty good--the rails and the front idlers have been built up with welding rod. The pins and bushings aren't sloppy, so they aren't wore out, and the grousers aren't wore thin like I've seen on very worn tracks. It...- Tracks41

I've come across a local Allis H-3 for sale. It's a 1965 Gas 4-cyl, 162 hp, with a 6-way blade. Ad says motor and undercarriage completely rebuilt with 150 hrs on it since. It appears to be in pretty decent shape, having judged it against the 1952 D-2 dozer that I own. Does anyone have any...- Tracks41

3020 4230 engine swap Think we might Do It
Thought about it and think we may do it. 3020 worked fine other than the engine. We have a complete 4230 that the engine is good (has other problems)have most of a 4020 parts tractor.
