    After replacing the radiator and did a tune up I still cant get it to fire. I'm getting spark from the plugs but no luck. What should I look at????

    Started going through my 860 pulled the hood off and found out why it was overheating so much. The pic is the front of the radiator... Here is the rear view..

    So i have cleaned the fins with a power washer, did not check the temp with a probe. Gauge does not work. Replaced the points condenser, points, plugs, wires and rotor.

    I have an 861 that has been sitting in a barn for 2+ yrs. The last time I used it I mowed a field and the tractor coughed and sputtered and died after 20 min. The field was not that thick. So I want to replace the radiator. My question is should I replace the water pump too. Just a side...
